Couscous

Cooking time: 10min

Ingredients:
Couscous  :  Soak three minutes in boiling water  , water should be just over the couscous.
chopped shrimp or minced beef
Green onion
garlic 
cumin
onion
Pine nut or chopped baked almond
maybe shredded carrot 

Method:
Add olive oil to stainless steel wok, which can be heat to 210 degree celcius so that it can be less sticky. (
Liedenfrost phenomenon) or use nonstick pan

Add olive oil, crushed garlic, onion, shredded carrot, beef fried about 3 min.

Add couscous, fried till crisp

Add salt, cumin, green onion , nuts and maybe peppers, then it is done.

 配料:
中東小米:在沸水中浸泡三分鐘,水量加到剛剛蓋過小米就可以了
 切碎的蝦 或 碎牛肉
 蔥
 大蒜
 孜然粉
 洋蔥
 松子或切碎的烤杏仁
 可將胡蘿蔔切小粒,將毛豆在沸水中煮10分鐘,分批完成

 方法:
 在不銹鋼鍋中加入橄欖油,加熱至210攝氏度,以減少粘鍋。 或用不粘鍋。

 加入蒜未,洋蔥,胡蘿蔔絲,預先煮熟的毛豆,牛肉炒約3分鐘。

加入中東小米,炒至脆脆的,

 加入鹽,孜然粉,葱,果仁,還有胡椒粉,就完成了。
