杏仁蛋白露
材料: (2人份)
北杏: 約15粒
水: 150ml
冰糖:20克
蛋白:2隻
鮮奶:150ml
白果:10粒
作法:
1 杏仁加水磨碎,隔渣
2 白果切碎
3 把1和2加入煲内,再加入冰糖
4 小火煮15分钟
5 加入牛奶和蛋白
6 待蛋白变固体后搅拌一下
7 即食或冰冻后再吃都可

Something warms my heart
There is always something that warm one's heart.
This is one I encountered few days ago. I was in a hurry to something. So I took a fast bun in a cakeshop at the railway station. The plastic bag wrapping the bun loosened just when I try to open it for my first bite. I felt so embarassed. Yet the sales lady gave me a gracious smile and told me I can choose another one.
While I was enjoying my clean bun, I am thankful that life can be so good.
