Vermicelli in egg

Just made the vermicelli in egg following the recipe from Masa' site with some modification. I used vermicelli, crabmeat, mushroon and onion as the content this time.

Returning back

After 2 years, I am returning to this site again to share photos, good food and fun times. Welcome! Here are some photos token last saturday afternoon using the new DSLR

Hair art

These shoes was shown in the HK art museum at some point in time. It is made of hairs from many different special persons. What a tedious job to do it!


Is it meaningful to spend precious time to do this?

I would think that it's an interesting way to know person. To me it is a memorable thing because my father went there with me - and it's free of charge.

Canoeing with my sister

I went canoeing with my sister and her friends. It is a small place near Tai Tam. We do a lot of cleaning work before the canoeing. Thankfully the weather is cloudy and we didn't get sunburn. I canoe for 15 minutes this time before it turns dark and did not have any muscle sore as a consequence. I think this year I can skip joining the Marathon in order to advoid muscle sore as well.

For dinner, we have shrimps, beef, pork, eggplants, pumpkin, corns and many green vegetables. I am really glad I have these spare times to enjoy.

香橙楊枝金露

Thanks to Missjubie! I've just made this modified version of 楊枝金露 with orange after reading her website http://missjubie.mysinablog.com/index.php?op=ViewArticle&articleId=1278977. I use less orange as I think the taste of orange is stronger than grapefruit. The result is OK. I still got some stock in the fridge.
