一日三餐
油管上看到有朋友做蔥油肉餅,突然很想吃 ,但是我家裡只有糯米粉跟低筋粉,又不想特地出去買中筋麵粉來做蔥油餅,最後終於給我突發奇想,做了一個新款韓式煎餅,配上hummus,一個fusion晚餐半個鐘頭以內出來了。
材料
馬鈴薯煮熟搗碎 ,我用的是之前煲湯的馬鈴薯
碎豬肉(炒好)
大量青葱,紅葱碎
一大瓣蒜頭切碎
糯米粉一勺
低筋粉兩勺
水,鹽
可以加一隻雞蛋,少許辣椒粉 ,應該更好吃 ,但我這次沒有加
做法
所有材料調至糊狀
不粘鍋加油 ,中小火,
倒入麵糊 ,用勺子攤勻,灑上白芝麻
蓋上鍋蓋 ,煎兩分鐘左右,翻面再煎兩分鐘 ,切成小塊,装碗里就可以開吃了
