一日三餐

南瓜餅 

材料 一 可做16個5cm左右圓餅 

1/4長葫蘆形南瓜 

黃糖六茶匙 

糯米粉200克左右

低筋粉少許  

雞蛋一顆 

做法 

南瓜蒸熟壓爛 

待涼後拌入糯米粉,黃糖, 雞蛋 ,低粉

攪拌均勻至可以成團狀 

分十六等份，每份搓成圓塊狀

熱油鍋 ，煎至兩面金黃色

今天用了這種牛肉湯塊，是在南丫島的一間雜貨鋪買到的，之前在Laura in the kitchen的YouTube Channel看到分享用這個牛肉湯塊， 牌子可能不一樣 ，一直很想試試 。我把蒜頭爆香以後加300ml 清水，然後放入一塊牛肉湯塊,加適量鹽調味 ,做出來竟然有牛肉湯麵底的滋味，發現新大陸了 ！現在還沒有深究過它的成分 ，等查到了再分享出來吧 。

很多朋友提供了建議, 像用醋， 酒精 ，尤加利精油等等 ，我看到最有效的有兩種 ，一種是白電油 Naphtha，在五金行可以買到,上網查了，如果長期吸入對呼吸道有損害,而且是油性的，清洗上來有些困難 ，另外一種是澳洲？英國？的產品， De-solv-it，是水劑的，有淡淡的柑橘味道 ， 日本城可以買到 ，價錢是68元一瓶 ，份量有些多了，但是沒有更小支‘裝的 ，我買了一瓶回來嘗試 ，的確是有效的 ，由於心急 ，沒有看產品安全說明 ，直接用在裝有食物的容器上 ，想想有些擔心，現在再查一查 ，幸虧上網還是很容易一查到的，在常溫下少量吸入是不會對肺部產生影響 ，接觸皮膚的話會有去脂作用,濕疹病人或接觸性皮炎 不能直接接觸，喝入一定分量導致嘔吐的話，嘔吐物嗆入肺，會導致肺炎 ，那麼容器上一點點小小的殘餘應該沒有什麼大問題的 。

You might know string theory, chaos theory, or quantum physics. But if you don’t know God, you’ve missed the purpose of your life.

At the end of your life, God will give you a final test. Here’s the good news: It’ll be an open-book exam. All the answers are in the Bible!

On that test, God won’t ask you if you got straight As. He won’t care about how well you did in your career. He won’t ask to see your bank account balance.

Instead, he’ll ask you this: Did you get to know me? Did you build a relationship with my Son whom I sent to Earth to die on the cross for you?

Decide today that you will set your heart and mind on learning more about the most important truth and getting to know Jesus.

除招牌膠貼的方法

這幾天要清除膠貼留下的粘漬，用手大力搓，搓了半天都搓不下來，只好又上谷歌搜尋，原來有好多好多方法，隨便拿了兩個方便的來試，第一個用醋浸泡，失敗的，第二個是用風筒吹，這個是有效的，吹了半分鐘後，粘膠就很容易搓開。大家如果有試過其他方法，不妨留言。

In the past few days, I have to remove the sticky stains left by the adhesive stickers. I rubbed it vigorously with my hands. I couldn’t rub it off for a long time. Finally I have to go to Google to search.  To my gratitude, there are many methods. I choose 2 convenient ones to try.  The first one is soaked in vinegar and failed. The second one is blow with a blower. This is effective. After blowing for half a minute, the glue can be easily rubbed off.  If you have tried other methods and worked, please feel free to leave a message.

這次再介紹一種大力無痕貼，是溫州出的，我用了好多年了。擺很重的東西上去都不會掉下來，過了許多年還是很服帖，衹是膠片有一些泛黃而已。上面沒有花紋，透明的，很簡約。在實體市場裡一直沒有見過。

這是我用了好多年的百德牌洗杯碗神器，最近有朋友問起，在淘寶上重新搜索，發現已經沒有這款出了，亞馬遜也沒有，太可惜了！真的好好用，幸虧之前買了些配件，不知道哪個好心的供應商可以看到我這個短片，重新製造出來。

 This is the Black and Decker electric dishwasher that I have been using for many years.  Recently I was asked by a friend about it,  I searched it on Taobao again , and found that it was not present anymore. It is also not present on Amazon. What a pity!  It is really useful.  Thankfully, I have stock some accessory parts before. Ingenious design

I got this ice cubicle in my new Whirlpool refrigerator. To my great satisfaction,  the ice is generated quickly and I can get ice cubes out nearly without any force.   Much better than the one used previously.  I put my thumb up here for the designer and of course the One who make his or her marvelous brain.

這是我在高中時的最愛讀物之一，特別請外公從杭州每個月寄來的，在功課煩悶時，看一兩篇，就覺得頭腦清醒了，最有印象的有王安憶的，雨，嘩嘩嘩，停車暫借問，很多作者是記不起名字了，有一篇是講高考的，《為有源頭活水來》，還有講母女關係的，《魂兮歸來》，還有連名字都記不起了，有一篇是講偷郵票的女孩，被冤枉的故事，害我流了很多眼淚。現在查一查,這本期刊已經在2017年停產了，不禁有些惆悵。
